I made a mistake for the scenario and found the reason finally.
I am deleting the file from "network mapped drive" in FC => will not go to recycle bin
and delete the file from "local drive" in windows explore => enter recycle bin

cannot find the deleted file in recycle bin
After delete the file in FC, I cannot find it in recycle bin.
However, delete in windows explore is OK.
It seems to be some setting problem.
