Is there nothing anyone can contribute to this thread? Is everyone else finding that it compares folders and files OK?

No, I hadn't but have now and it made no difference thanks.

Please check the options in Settings > Compare folders. Perhaps different files are not highlighted because they are hidden. Make sure the option "Show hidden files" and "Show system files" are enabled in Settings > View. No this is not the case. Incidentally those options are u...

Now only files are synchronized. I will add an option to the delete empty folder. It might be too hard but it would be good to be able to synchronize directory with option of no file move.
