Errors with 4TB drive
Hi,
I'm running FC Build 730 64-bit donor Win 10 Home.
I recently purchased a Seagate 4TB ext drive.
When I try to copy or move files from my C drive a 600GB drive it always shows the file still in C drive.
Especially after I move to C. I try moving again and I get an overwrite confirm dialogue ...

Hi,
Is there a way to customize the icons like in Win 10 under 'properties'.
I'm running FC Build 700 32-bit public beta. I find the 'Move' & 'Copy' look confusing with 'Copy/Paste'. This is due to my low vision.
Is this option in the members version?

I've tried DL 3 times from
http://freecommander.com/fc_beta_en.htm.
When I try opening it I get an error;
"FreeCommanderXE_setup_beta.zip: CRC failed in FreeCommanderXE_setup.exe. The file is corrupt"
Anyone else having same prob?

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a Bug or new Request.
I setup a "share" drive to transfer files between drives when I use Remote Desktop win 7 .
I can't see that drive on the Toolbar or add it to FC on my remote PC.
I can find it by going to Computer.
I tried both public and Beta FC versions ...

SOLVED!
Under the VIEW menu the 'Show Hidden files' was not checked. :shock: :roll:
I've never come across this and I solved it after checking both systems I am running.
Let me apologize to Ralfso - you were right and I'm sorry for being stubborn and not checking your solution first. :oops ...

Can you see the folders of your "Phantom" in the FC XE tree?
You can open the tree with Alt+T.

Why would system files cause a problem with folders not appearing?
Because also folders can have system or hidden attributes and your screenshot doesn't show attributes!
p.s. Why do you always write in so big letters? You can zoom the complete content in your browser if you've problems to read ...

I disagree, but I do think it has something to do with my other problem of FC loading only ver 587.

I installed version 590
I copied the donor version: 587 to my drive.
under a different folder name in Program files -
I saw the instructions on the beta site 'not to copy to Program files' -after I installed and copied...oops
Now the ONLY version that works is 587.
I can't get ver. 590 to work ...
