Can I disable the prompt window when I click Move on the Splitter bar?

The CTRL+A shortcut works as expected if nothing is selected. If a folder is selected in the tree, the contents is not selected.

1) Select a folder in the Tree
2) Press CTRL+A
3) Press DEL

The contents of the folder should be deleted leaving the empty folder, but instead the folder is gone.

When I drag a file from 1 pane to a folder in the other pane the drop folder doesn't highlight. It gets stuck on the first folder that is dragged over. The drop highlighting does work if the file is dragged over the file tree.
