There are actually 2 highlight colors fo tabs - when mouse is over tab and when mouse is outside tab. But there is only one color in settings - for the second case. Why so?

It would be great to have a file list view as in NexusFile/TC where file extensions are aligned to the right of column and selection rectange width is equal to column width. See pic.
