I was playing with the 'Compute MD5-Checksums' facility, and noticing how nice it is.
Then I realized how much nicer it would be to have the ability to sort by MD5 Checksum in a File Container!

FreeCommander XE 2014 Build 665 public beta, Windows 7 SP1 64-bit

Steps:
Initiate new folder dialog

Enter '\1 \2 \3' (with spaces between).

FreeCommander creates a set of nested folders, i.e., '\1\2\3'; it also creates a folder named '\1 (2)'.

Copy full path as ... -> copies the path from the address bar (flattened folder), not the actual folder path where the selected file is.

So is this an error or is this how it should work? I would think more value would be obtained by copying the actual folder ...

I just tried again on completely different computer, Windows 7 Professional, 2009.02b portable.

Again, copy full name as text worked properly, copy full path as text does not. Same behavior as original post.

Copy full path as text does not work while browsing flat.
However Copy full name as text does, as does Copy name as text.

It appears Copy full path as text is just pulling the path from the address bar.
