Re: Searched for files, how to save list of results
Sorry, I posted in the wrong section and beside I found the answer myself.
A file container in FC is just a text file and furthermore the file container toolbar provide that functionality.

Re: Searched for files, how to save list of results
Any news about this missing functionality, i.e. "export to file" a search result?
The workaround works, but it saves just the file names. The "export to file" of FC2009 was exporting all the columns of the search.
It was a handy feauture.
Kind regards.

Re: Usage of relative paths in FC
Sorry, my mistake, I just mistyped the path.
Using something like %FcSrcPath%\..\NotePad++\notepad++.exe works fine.
You can just delete this whole thread.
Sorry again and thanks for your patience.

C:\whatever_path\myFreeSoftware\Notepad++\...
etc.

Search text by regexp
Hello,
just another suggestion to improve this excellent file manager.
It would be nice, in the "Search file/folders" windows to have the possibility to search for text ("Containing text:" text box) within files using a regular expression. Even better for file/folders names ("File name:" text box ...

JAR files support
It would be nice if FreeCommander treated JAR files the same as ZIP files. It should be easy to implement that.
Currently I change the extension (.jar to .zip) in order to browse or edit a JAR file.
FreeCommander is reaching perfection. Congratulations!
