My reading is that the 32 bit version is free for personal/private use, but you have to pay for professional/commercial use beyond 30 days trial.
The license description, however, is still a bit confusing though.

Do you run FC as admin ?
If yes, Windows will prevent action from the normal running Explorer
into the FC process with higher rights.

I do have Admin rights on the machine but FC is always run as normal user, not Admin.
