Re: FreeCommander vs. Norton Commander
CTRL-Q now splits the windows into two with the viewer below and still a tree above. I would like to have the full left panel to be a viewer and the full right panel to be the files and directories. ATL-T toggles the tree. Drag it left/right to the desired size. CTRL-Q toggles Quick View. Drag the ...

I would like to see this as well.Etepetete wrote:If I may, I would like to make a feature request. One of the features I really appreciate is the ability to verify md5 sums. Is it possible to include the ability to verify sha1 sums?

Active Panel switches from Left to Right after Deleting a fi
Version 0.0.0.603 When both panels have the same folder as their current folder, after deleting from the Left hand Panel the Right hand panel becomes the active panel. This opposite is NOT the case when deleting from the Right hand panel. This is also NOT the case when both panels have the same fold...

Compare panels (Alt-V) Reverses Active Panel
FC XE 0.0.0.599 (and 588)
Folder Compare (Alt-V) reverses which panel is active. The same for Alt-V, the menu button, or the function bar button.
1. Click either Panel to activate it.
2. Perform a Folder Compare.
The opposite panel will now be active.

Re: Double Clicking Main Splitter does Not Size Panes Equall
Implemented for the release 599. FC XE 0.0.0.599 Thanks for the splitter double-click in 599! :D While playing with that, I found two issues with the equal division of the Panels: Issue 1: After certain events, FC switches to a single Panel when “restoring down” to a smaller size after being full s...

Re: Column Sorting not Global per Pane, FC-XE 0.0.0.598
Your original post, then, represents a request for the synchronized tab sorting of 2009x to be made available in FC-XE. (I don't remember that feature myself, but Marek will know what you are talking about.) If it is added in the future, I hope it will be optional. Personally, I like tabs to remain...

Re: Column Sorting not Global per Pane, FC-XE 0.0.0.598
You could try defining two Column Profiles (from the context menu for the header of the Name column in details view), one for each panel. If you add a new tab, it will inherit the column profile of the tab it was cloned from, so the difference between panes should be maintained. Thanks for the sugg...

Double Clicking Main Splitter does Not Size Panes Equally
In FC-XE 0.0.0.598: Double Clicking on the Main Splitter, above or below the Pane Closer area (or whatever they are called), does not cause dual panes to size evenly (as in v2009.02b). However, Double Clicking on the Splitter Toolbar does this, but when it is turned off, the Main Splitter does not i...

Column Sorting not Global per Pane, FC-XE 0.0.0.598
In FC-XE 0.0.0.598, I have the following questions about columns: 1. Is there a setting I am overlooking that will cause Column Sorting to apply to all Tabs in the same Panel (just like v2009.02b)? Like 2009.02b, each Pane would sort independently. 2. Is there a setting to cause the column sorting d...
