I found a misfeature that really is more like a bug. If you Search files/folders, go to "Attr/Size" tab and clear the hidden flag, search does filter hidden files and directories. HOWEVER, it still goes into hidden directories to search its contents.

You can define it in the freecommander.ini in the [Form] section, for example:
DosCommandBoxSpec=cmd.exe

Are you sure about this? I just closed FC, added DosCommandBoxSpec=C:\Progra~1\JPSoft\TCCLE9\tcc.exe to my [Form] area, re-opened FC and the commands still launch CMD...

It seems that autocomplete suggestions when you are typing in a path in the Folder Path was removed in version 2008.06...

I posted a bug report a few months ago http://forum.freecommander.com/viewtopic.php?t=555 that this functionality wasn't always working as expected in FC 2007.10 and 2007 ...

I am using Syn2 as a preview plugin ( http://sepa.spb.ru/?syn ) which is really nice and fast.

However when I exit the preview (close Syn) I get a dialog with an error like

I found that the autocomplete functionality when you're typing in the path (after Alt+G) isn't quite right. Here's an example:

Imagine you have 2 folders on your machine: c:\eSpace_One and c:\eSpace_AnotherOne .

If you Alt+G and start typing c:\eSpace it correctly suggests both directories ...

Hi,

If I re-define a keyboard shortcut in Extras > Keyboard Shortcuts and then close FC, when I re-open the program all shortcuts are back to default. This happens regardless of doing Extras > Save Settings or not.

Version: 2007.10
OS: Win XP
