Part of my question was whether there was a virus in fc until recently?

I'm asking because I did get a major virus a while ago and as far as I can tell it came from fc. It seemed to have something to do with the ebay link. It's good if it's been fixed since then...but I want to try to figure out ...

I found this virus too when I scanned my fc copies from a couple months ago with MS security essentials.

Can someone make it clear whether it is a virus, or a false alarm? It sure looks like a virus.

And if it is a virus how did it get in there? Is it removed from the current fc?
