If you open multiple windows/dialogs of the same type (e.g. for delete dlgFcDeleteOperation) then each window save own state on closing.
I think, it is not necessary and I will change it for the next release - the state of the last closed window will be saved.

It is only freecommander.ini file.
No problem if I use the settings with 946.
The shortcuts file (freecommander.shc) would be important.
Try it: close FC, rename freecommander.shc, start FC, check ENTER.

Yes, it is implemented in 944.

The list of showed uri's is defined in config file "FreeCommander_ms-settings.uri".
I have defined as example some lines. Maybe someone can define more uri's.
