+1 for a single-pane view. I have one monitor, and it's a laptop monitor, so screen real-estate is at a premium - and 2 panes make everything so small I can't even see a file name. :( I've worked around this temporarily by hiding the right pane, but a single-pane view would be infinitely superior to...
