I wuz recently USB-booting the final release of the OLD Hiren's BootCD ...
on some OLD x86 ThinkPads ... and running the MiniXP ...
I suppose some (others) "out there" might (also) be familiar with the OLD Hireen's & its MiniXP ???

When the "Lock-Up" happens ~
which is only if/when the two conditions I specified "exist" ~
it always happens during COLLECTING FILES ...
Could be when ...

Well, I have "monkey-ed around" with my (portable) FreeComm "install" ... to no avail :roll:

and the above tweak (seemingly???) no longer works :cry:

FrC's current (lack of) vertical resizing capabilities
REALLY make FrC feel ... CUMBERSOME ... to me :|

Nice to FreeComm XE development ... still "happening" 8)
