FreeCommander XE ALL VERSIONS!!! don't save inserted new viewers or/and external viewers settings!!! in Windows 7 and Windows 10 (32 and 64 bit)!!!

freecommander 2008 and 2009 + winXP-SP3 : there is a problem with settings in both - althought saved, they dont work after a restart and sometimes even while using the program.
settings-programs-external viewer (shift+f3)-seek program

freecommander 2009 + winXP-SP3 sometimes doesnt keep settings for "ask/no ask" menu option in Confirmations/"Assign to menu item copy" and "... move".
