I'm on W7 x64.
Tried to create custom column in public release of XE, but I dont seem to be able to open the details for 'Size Bytes'. So this works only on latest bèta?

Received a series of filenames with diacritics in them. FC sometimes recognises them. Sometimes not: and then I dont know what they are because FC interprets them into something else but weird. It's very consistent on my PC.
Maybe it helps to say I run FC in single click directory entry mode.
Every time I enter into a new directory, go to a file and try select more files with SHIFT up or down (doesnt metter which), it does consistently the same.
