FC XE 2022 Build 860 32-bit, Windows 10 Home 21H2 64 bit
I create checksums of files in a folder, after this verify checksums.
If the files were not deleted or a small number of files were deleted, the error does not occur.

1. I create a checksums of some files; one of them has a path and name with a many symbols (133 and 57).
After verifying checksums problem is not occur if files are not changed.
