Do you run FC as admin ?
If yes, Windows will prevent action from the normal running Explorer
into the FC process with higher rights.

But in the meantime (while I want to drag-and-drop), where/what are the Copy/Move buttons are you talking about?

The buttons are between the 2 Windows.
FC changes the arrows on it depending on the current active side.
I always use the buttons, never drag and drop.

Not only does TeraCopy continue to not work for me with drag-and-drop on "FreeCommander XE 2025 Build 933 64-bit donor" (while TeraCopy still does work with my Win11 64-bit 24H2 File Manager)...

I use the following parameters for my button
/select,%ActivSelOrDir%
This also selects the current file from FC.

No such problem here.
Tested backup into the default path for my portable installation
C:\Tools\FreeCommander\Settings\
and to my central backup dir
C:\backup\FreeCommander\

Not for me.
I can use many of the smaller and larger sizes than 192, without getting bad displays.
It's a matter of scaling and also depends on your screen resolution and graphic driver functions.
My screen is 1920 x 1080

Looks fine here with the same FC version.

That happens not only in FC.
Most 3rd party file mangers have this problem.
It only works with Windows Explorer.
Some apps like Open Shell have their own working context menu entry

Sorry, I was not testing with files of the same type.
For me, the problem is another.
If I select several PDF or JPG files, for example,
only one of it is opened.
But there is no error message in any case.
The same problem occurs even without a plain view.

No such Problem here.
Depending on the selected file types, there comes the following message box
and FC will open all files with their associated applications just fine if I answer Yes.

I have TeraCopy 4.0 RC installed.
In FC it's configured and Drag and Drop works fine.

This works for me, but I get an enhanced dialog.

The topic "How to report a bug" suggests the following to set default settings -
/N /NewIni=%FcAppDataPath%\TestSettings\FreeCommander.ini /NoPlugins /Lng=English

When I open a Win11 admin command (cmd) window and paste the above I get -
'/N' is not recognized as an internal or external command ...
